One of those rare times when I want someone to come over and watch a movie with me until we fall asleep together
Anonymous asked: I'm thinking about becoming a vegetarian. Do you think it's a better life style?
I personally do think it’s a better life style, many will argue though. In the end you are not only living a healthier life style if you do it the right way, but you are also saving so many lives of those innocent animals. A vegetarian diet reduces the risk for chronic degenerative diseases such as obesity, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and certain types of cancer including colon, breast, prostate, stomach, lung and esophageal cancer. If you have anymore question I’d definitely check out Peta’s website!
Anonymous asked: hey i recently became a vegetarian in the beggining of the year, what are a few of your favorite meals?
Hey! Well, if you aren’t into cooking I definitely recommend just going to a local food market near you and go to the frozen section. There’s usually a vegetarian section where you can find one of my favorite frozen brands called MorningStar. MorningStar has everything you could ever imagine, accept its meatless! There’s burgers, chicken fingers, buffalo wings, patties, tenders, whatever you really could imagine. It has enough protein in it to do the job, it’s good, and of course vegetarian. Now if you like to cook I love vegan pizza, salads, vegetables, you know. There’s also recipes for bean spreads that you can put on pita for protein. There’s a lot of different things online that you can research! I hope this helped and I hope you can stick to being a vegetarian. If you have anymore question, I’m here! Good luck :’)
